Stumbled across this and it is gorgeous and had to make it!!! For those asking for it in English I haven’t found a copy yet, but I believe it along the lines of the following:
Ch 39 SC into 5 ch from hook
Ch 3 skip 2 SC into 3rd.
Repeat 11 times so you end up with 12 ch 3 spaces and 12 SC in between.
Chain 5 (counts as 1st quadruple stitch) 3 quadruple stitches, picot, 4 quadruple stitches. Repeat across in all remaining ch 3 spaces.
You should have 12 petals. Sew together and bam you’re done.
I could be off on this as it’s my interpretation of what the original artist posted via video. Thank you to crochet beja for this amazing flower and tutorial for us to use.

I know my numbers in Spanish so this is what I heard.
CH 36
Ch 3 more then SC 5th chain from hook.
(Ch 3-Skip 2-SC in 3rd)12 times
You should have 12sc and 12 ch3 spaces.
Turn and Slip stitch into 1st Ch 3 sp.
You’ll repeat the following into the rest of the chain 3 spaces:
Ch 5
Quadruple crochet (or triple double crochet) into same chain you SL ST into 9 times.
YO, pull through 1
[YO, pull through 2] <-9 times
SC down into space between the first 4 QC sts. (First should be between the Chain 5 and the first QC).
Ch 2
SC down into the space betwee the rest of the QC sts (Should be 4).
Ch 5
Sc into space you made all of these to end this petal.
SL ST into next Ch 3 space.
Then repeat for the rest of the Chain 3 spaces.
