HOW DO YOU MASTER THIS LEAF KNITTING STITCH?
This leaf knitting stitch is very tight and complicated to weave without keeping the fabric from being too tight and bunching. Therefore, make sure your fabric does not curl up. Although we want the fabric to be thick, we do not want a messy knitting pattern to develop.

This is a beautiful stitch. I took the time to translate the video into written directions:
Row 1 — knit
Row 2 — *p3t (do not take off needle), yo, purl (back through same 3 stitches), p1… *repeat pattern
Row 3 — knit
Row 4 — p2, *repeat same pattern as above

I finally got to watch it and what I found was that on Row 2 p1 then start the p3 together part of pattern andon row 4 start and end with p3.I am thinking the cast on with be in number of 4? Will have to expreiment.
