To create this tunisian crochet stitch, you will need a Tunisian crochet hook of 3 mm and fine weight yarn.
Pattern of Tunisian Crochet Stitch
1. Make a slip knot, start with multiple numbers of 2, in this tutorial we start with 20 chains.
2. Insert hook into the 1st chain from hook, pull up a loop and keep on hook, insert hook in the next chain, pull up a loop and keep on hook, continue this way across until the end; keeping all loops on the hook. [here you have 20 loops on your hook]
3. Yarn over and pull through 2 loops, yarn over and pull through 2 loops, continue this way across until the end. [here you have 1 loop on your hook]
4. *Skip next vertical loop, insert hook in the next vertical loop, pull through, yarn over, insert hook in the same loop, pull through* (4 loops on hook), repeat * until reach the last 3 vertical loops, skip next vertical loop, insert hook in the next vertical loop, pull through, yarn over, insert hook in the same loop, pull through, insert hook in the last loop, pull through. [here you have 20 loops on your hook]
5. Chain 1, yarn over, pull through 4 loops, *chain 1, yarn over, pull through 4 loops*, repeat * across until reach the last 2 loops on your hook, chain1, yarn over, pull through 2 loops. [1 loop on hook]
6. Insert hook in the first space, pull through, yarn over, insert hook in the same space, pull through, *insert hook in the next space, pull through, yarn over, insert hook in the same space, pull through*, repeat * until reach the last cluster, insert hook in the last loop, pull through. [here you have 20 loops on your hook]
7. Repeat step 5.
8. Insert hook in the first space, pull through, yarn over, insert hook in the same space, pull through, *insert hook in the next space, pull through, yarn over, insert hook in the same space, pull through*, repeat * until reach the last space, insert hook in the last space, pull through, yarn over, insert hook in the same space, pull through, insert hook in the last loop .[here you have 20 loops on your hook]
9. Repeat step 7 & 8 until reach the desired length.
